The organization

Dapi applies "Lean Production" principles. The purpose of our Organization is to channel the value stream in the quickest way possible and with the lowest level of waste. Our "quality system" ensures that our products meet all customer's requirements and expectations.

The value stream takes place per product families, i.e. those groups of products that flow through similar processing steps.

The organizing structure is based on the management of the following three streams:

• the information stream, that starts with the order and leads to product delivery,
• the engineering activities stream, that leads from the customer,s idea to the realization of the product the materials stream, that starts with the raw material and leads to the product requested by the customer.

The production layout is organized per production lines in which the production phases are sequential with elimination of special departments.
